Kristi’s style of treatment takes a whole person approach to care. She blends swedish and therapeutic techniques, including myofascial release, dermoneuralmodulating, trigger point therapy and manual lymphatic drainage with a focus on nervous system regulation.
Trained in Level 1 &2 of the Vodder Method, she specializes in lymphatic drainage for clients with a fully functional lymphatic vessel system experiencing acute, subacute, or chronic orthopedic and systemic conditions.
Kristi believes hands-on treatment is only part of the equation. Her goal is to give clients the tools, awareness, and confidence to better understand their bodies, and become active participants in their own healthcare by building self-care practises that fit their lifestyle.

I believe in the inherent worth of every individual and meet people with compassion and curiosity wherever they are in their journey. I’m deeply interested in the stories we tell ourselves and how these narratives shape our lives, for better or worse. Our bodies can offer important insight into these stories, and when mind and body are more fully connected, our experiences can become richer and the path forward clearer. I take a collaborative, person-centered approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic techniques to support clients in feeling safe, finding their own sense of power, and exploring their experiences from an authentic place. As a counsellor and mental health nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience, I have had the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of experiences. I tailor my approach to each person’s needs and am open to creating therapeutic spaces beyond the traditional office setting.

R.Ac.
Marybeth’s practice is driven by a commitment to authenticity, inclusivity, and connection, providing a safe space where everyone feels valued and heard.
My treatments support mental health, digestive and hormonal health, and chronic pain with a trauma-informed approach. I have a special interest in women’s health across various phases, including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. Acupuncture is well known for treating pain and stress, I enjoy treating all walks of life no matter what their story may be.
Additionally, I enjoy practicing facial acupuncture, which adds an element of fun to my practice while providing a deeply nourishing self-care treatment for you! Recently I have also completed my Japanese Acupuncture Foundations certificate in Kiiko Matsumoto style acupuncture. This lineage of acupuncture uses palpation (touch) to treat the root cause.
My practice focuses on one-on-one care, where each patient receives my full attention. My approach and needling technique are refined to be gentle, ensuring you feel at ease, safe and comfortable throughout the entire treatment.
Outside the clinic, I am enjoying the first year of motherhood to my soulful twin girls, spending quality time in nature and with friends and family. I honour the traditions of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, and Yoga. I acknowledge the unceded territories of the Ktunaxa Nation where I work and live.

I am passionate about creating a supportive, compassionate space for people who are seeking change, growth, and a deeper understanding of themselves.
My counselling work is often meditative and experiential. Inviting clients to slow down, notice what is happening within, and develop a greater understanding of their experience. My approach is influenced by the work of Medical QiGong and Internal Family Systems (IFS), as a way of exploring the different parts of ourselves and the roles they may play.
My intention is to create space and provide support for individuals who are wanting to see a change in their lives, wherever they may be on their journey. Together, we can explore what is happening, identify pathways forward, and develop practical tools to help navigate life with greater clarity, connection, and confidence.
I believe that each person carries their own wisdom. My role is to offer a space where that wisdom can be heard, explored, and trusted.

Skye McGoey
Skye was born and raised in Canmore, AB where she grew up participating in competitive sports and enjoying lots of recreation the mountains have to offer. Being surrounded by extreme sport enthusiasts, athletes, and injury, she developed a passion for movement and health and understanding how to use the body and what could make it better.
While pursuing a degree in Athletic Therapy and Exercise Physiology, she was introduced to Manual Osteopathy. The practice was gentle, mindful, and systemically comprehensive so once she completed her undergraduate she continued her studies and is currently a 5th year student of Osteopathic Manual Therapy at Sutherland-Chan School of Osteopathy in Vancouver. Being a student of osteopathy has given her appreciation for the interconnectedness and complexity of the human body, and allowed her to gain a deeper level of understanding of human movement and function and a different approach to patient care.
Skye is a very passionate practitioner that brings her joy for life into her treatments; and believes in having strong, and open communication in order to understand exactly where you are at, so she can meet you there. She uses a combination of manual therapy techniques and exercise rehabilitation to encourage mobility within the body to promote overall well being, and get you back to the activities you love.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. My approach to counselling is warm, curious, and collaborative, with a focus on understanding the experiences and relationships that shape how we move through the world.
I work with individuals and couples who may be feeling stuck in patterns that are difficult to change, navigating relationship challenges, or trying to better understand themselves and their emotions. I believe curiosity is an important part of this work, and I approach counselling with openness and without judgement.
My clinical practice is attachment-focused, relational, and integrative. My training in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), and EMDR informs my work, alongside a trauma-informed approach. I draw from these frameworks based on the needs of the person or relationship in front of me.
You bring your own experiences, knowledge, and understanding of yourself, while I bring clinical training, curiosity, and a different perspective. I hope to create a space where you can be genuine, explore what matters to you, and work toward changes that feel meaningful.
